Keto Cereal

(kristine fisher) #1

Hello,
Has anyone included “Holy Crap” cereal as part of their Keto diet?

Any particular recipe?

All of the recipes I see would hit 20g long before it could be considered to be a reasonable serving size…

Pretty sure normal Cheerios would be more keto friendly than that! 15g carbs for 2tbsp!

We don’t need cereal. Try bacon and eggs.

Welcome to the forum Kristine.
While Holy Crap is gluten free, it is not very keto friendly. One serve would be most of my daily carb allotment.

Try some of these recipes for making your own keto friendly cereals.

For me, I can not do even those recipes, as the fiber in them would ruin my body. I stick to coffee with HWC or meat and eggs for breakfasts, I do a lot of IFing so seldom have a breakfast.

Good luck finding something to work for you.

“Keto Cereal” is a contradiction of terms

Thanks everyone for your input. I did some more digging and found a number of keto friendly cereals on amazon. More like granola but will do the trick I think.
