Just wanted to share that I have relaunched my old cartoon blog, and plan to add new content as much as I can.
Given my new found (well it’s a year now) way of eating, you may notice a common Keto theme…

That is exactly what my holiday party a t work was like… not a single piece of bacon… so sad.
Mine was actually not bad… Nothing fancy but lots of sliced ham, cheeses and bbq italian sausages. Some foods to avoid such as crisps and crackers. Someone actually listened!

I suddenly realised keto on when joined into a single word is Ketoon.
