Nice, good luck, it certainly looks good. I hope that it turns out good and tastes good =). You can put a pic of it when you make it =).
Since you haven’t reported back yet, I want to make a prediction… I bet it will be good, but dense, and kind of cake like. To make actual “risen” bread, it requires yeast. Not that all Keto bread has to be “risen” though, either. I’ve still been enjoying our Almond Flour cheesy keto bread too, which is more crumbly / less chewy than the yeast risen bread we made yesterday.
My GF loves to bake though, so I’m going to just keep buying her all of these different Keto bread ingredients so she can play, and will see what comes out of it
I dont do many breads or crackers these days, but I like to do this occasionally when I have friends over.
