Just started Keto diet on Monday. I am already testing in Keto and feeling different…a little tired and sick. Is it possible to start seeing weight loss in as little time as a week or two? Just don’t want to get my hopes up too soon.

You might be showing ketones, but got system doesn’t know how to use them well yet.
It’s going to be an harder going for the first week or two.

Yes it is possible to see a loss that quickly, but most likely water weight. Still a loss at any rate!! Use non-scale victories and the way you start to feel as motivation!! Good luck!!

If you feel lightheaded, headachey, constipated, flu-ish, eat more salt. And be sure to drink to thirst.
