(VICTORIA E WALL) #1

Hi, Would someone be able to tell me which is the best app to get so I can log my macros etc please?
Also, maybe one that has good recipes.

Thanks,

Victoria

Carb manager was the one I used

I use Carb Manager and really like it. I looked at several first and found many of them too complicated especially Chron-o-Meter although many seem to use it.

Love Cronometer. Very easy to use, and gives great data. It also has a controlled database, which is pretty important.

I use my fitness pal

+1 MyFitnessPal

Chronometer. It has three settings for keto. You can scan barcodes. You see a breakdown of all your micronutrients for the day, and if you upgrade to the gold version (I think it’s not in the free version, not sure) you can see your ratios of zinc to copper, calcium to magnesium, etc. It also generates graphs that are very useful (weight, blood glucose, a whole array of measurements.) I am pretty sure you need to upgrade for that.

And you can add your own manually.

True, and Chronometer has settings for various other regimes, such as Paleo.

Chronometer even has (gasp) a suggested caloric intake based on one’s weight, height, age and BMI. (She said, covering her head with her arms…)

Yes, that is true
