I have written an app for my friend who wanted to log his keto and glucose and weight and observe the correlation between keto and weight.

The app is free with ads and a one-time in-app-purchase removes the ads.

BTW, if you have one of those scales that syncs up with the Health app, then the app can get the weight data from the Health app automatically. Same for Glucose.
