Keto and growing teenagers

Hi,Im a young runner, running 3 miles morning and 3-4 miles afternoon as an endurance athlete. I do keto under the assumption if I do keto in the weight gain mindset(still hope too grow) and provided I take adequate micro nutrients (vitamins,minerals) will this diet stunt my growth or will continue a growth trend. *8 months into keto and have grown in muscle mass and hormone balance.

any thoughts?

If you keep your carbs low, and your protein around 1.25 grams daily per kilo of lean body mass, and get the rest of your calories from fat, you should be good. If you can convince yourself to eat more organ meats—liver, kidneys, heart, tongue, etc.—you shouldn’t even need to supplement. But from your post it sounds as though you’re already doing quite well.

thank you PaulL, I grew 1.5 inches over summer and still have a stable growth trend. I Eager too try some kidney or other organ meats as carb and vitamin sources, thanks
