Hi,Im a young runner, running 3 miles morning and 3-4 miles afternoon as an endurance athlete. I do keto under the assumption if I do keto in the weight gain mindset(still hope too grow) and provided I take adequate micro nutrients (vitamins,minerals) will this diet stunt my growth or will continue a growth trend. *8 months into keto and have grown in muscle mass and hormone balance.
any thoughts?
