Kept Friendly Holiday dinner ideas

So, myself and one of our guests are both Ketonites. I decided I was going to Ketofy the meal enough so that we could both enjoy some things, and not feel tempted by the other stuff.
The meats:
Leg of Lamb- roasted with olive oil, dijon, garlic and rosemary
Rib Roast - Umami powder rub, and olive oil. (doing a mushroom based gravy for this too)
Turkey Breast - Herb Rub with fresh thyme and rosemary, and butter
Under them, cooking in the roaster will be the baby tatoes.
Instead of potatoes, for the two of us, I’m making faux-tatoes using steamed cauliflower.

Veggies:
Oven roasted carrots
Pan roasted asparagus with Hollandaise Sauce
Might do brussels sprouts, too.
Green Bean Casserole

Desserts:
Keto-Brownies
Lemon Meringue Cheesecake
Multi-layer lemon cake with Raspberry-Dragonfruit creme Diplomat
Coffee

Others are bringing bread, salad and sweet potato casserole. I’m going to throw together some fathead bread dough and try to make some savory rolls for us, as well.

Anyone else have some good ideas to share?

Sounds delicious! Nothing further to adid… except: can I come too? :grinning:

I too am making roast boneless leg of lamb, but I am roasting large radishes instead of potatoes. Steamed Broccoli, Caesar salad. No desserts.
It will just be my grandson and myself. My daughter and my three granddaughters live far away. She is cooking a 31 lb turkey!
