My diet place I use has introduced a package that’s keto ish. People are hearing about keto and want the results. Businesses are picking up on it. It’s not personal… It’s business. As they say
Yes, but sadly businesses dealing in diets don’t work in the long run. Temporary fixes where this is a way of life.
