Kale, Spinach and Coconut Ghee Bone Broth Soup

I just started making this drink just out of necessity. Got home after a run and wasn’t really hungry, but felt like getting some protein and greens into my body. I normally make a bone broth protein shake and use Precision Naturals Bone broth powder (Amazon link) but decided to blend in some spinach and kale, turmeric, coconut ghee and sea salt. Popped the ingredients in my nutribullet and 10 seconds later i thought i made a mistake. Tasted a little and wow…i think it sucks as a protein shake but it tastes great as a soup. I then poured my new concoction into a bowl and microwaved for a minute. I think i created a pretty decent Keto friendly meal if i say so myself.

I also take a fish oil, grass fed liver, garlic and turmeric(with pepperine) as supplements every day. highly recommend it to others.

What I do is add vegetables with Au Bon Broth. It’s great with basically every vegetable that I can think of! It also has different flavors but my favorite would be the beef broth. It makes my diet more enjoyable.
