When I use an app to compare kale they have
Kale - raw chopped 1 cup @ 2 net carbs
Down the list is raw kale - 1 cup shows 4 net carbs.
I thought kale is kale.
Is there different types I should look out for?

I’ve noticed that kale info varies a lot in regards to net carbs. I’ve seen it as low as 1 net carb per cup and and as high as 6. For what it’s worth, I don’t think eating too much kale is the worst thing in the world if that’s where most of your carbs are coming from.
For that matter, I doubt it’s even possible to eat too much kale. Unless, like me, you consider a forkful of that stuff to be too much.
For my health stuff going on, I am past taste and am willing to eat anything to try anything at this point.
Mind over matter at this point.
Hi Moro, I would definitely recommend buying a $10-15 digital scale if accurate carb counting is what you want. The size of the cut kale will make quite a bit of difference trying to fit in in a measuring cup. And how tight should you pack it? See the problem? Get a scale and weight your stuff before washing so you’re not adding water weight to the measure. Use grams to weigh things for accuracy. I hope this helps, best to you.
Look at Boring Keto topic. Don’t go past taste - go right to it and start to live in it!! Way more fun on keto when you choose what taste you want to indulge, rather than carb fed obsessive hunger making you eat carbage
