Yeah, I’d eat a lot more fat. Try cooking with bacon fat, butter, tallow, or lard; put a high-fat bleu cheese dressing on your salad; heavy cream in your coffee—you get the idea.

P.S.—Butter makes a delicious steak sauce, by the way.

Be sure if you are going to go off logged foods that you log all the amounts you used to cook in or dress with. So many times I see people forget to or not know how to add bacon grease or cooking butter to the total macro count.

Ratios look good just make sure you are not eating too little. This is NOT a starvation lifestyle!

This looks exactly like my chart when I log. I don’t eat more fat unless I feel like it that day.
