Just started Keto diet need some help

Hi just came off a water fast that lasted 10 days so I’m already In ketosis. I broke it on Eggs and asparagus and the next few days will consist of eggs and avocados nuts etc… I’ve just calculated my macros I’m supposed to eat 122g protein 128g fats and 20g carbs a day. I don’t know how to incorporate this with my meals I was planning 2 meals a day then intermittent fasting for 16 hours. I’ve spoken to a few people who have told me that its fine if I don’t hit my macros exactly, as long as I’m not consuming over 20g carbs and I’m at a deficit I will still lose weight, is this true?.

I was going to eat 2-3 egg omelette in the morning with avocados and for dinner chicken breast or steak with broccoli, and for snacks smoked almonds and cheese.

Can anyone give me any advice on what I should eat or do just in general also if I’m approaching all of this correctly, I would appreciate it.

Stay at or below 20 carbs, try to get your protein every day, eat fat until your full. Most here don’t worry about calories, they usually take care of themselves.

In order to get more fat, use dark meat chicken and eat the skin. Leaner cuts like the breast make it harder to get enough fat. Also, that might be too much protein, 1g/kg lean body mass would put your lean body mass over 250 lbs. Excess protein is used for fuel and may kick you out of ketosis.
