So had a date night with my wife and some close friends at a sushi place. Was it good? Meh. Did I feel like garbage all night and the next day? Yup. I’m in maintenance and have been for awhile so this wasn’t a surprise. Just shows you what fluid retention looks like. I should be back down to normal weight by tomorrow.

Try being a woman. :wink: You can have that kind of fluid retention once a month without eating the sushi. LOL

I eat sushi all the time I just have them make it with no rice. I actually rather it that way now that I’m used to it.

I’ve been running a lot lately. It’s been interesting to see how much my weight can fluctuate based on sweat loss and glycogen depletion.

Too bad the carbs made you feel bad. It may be interesting to see if your carb tolerance improves the longer you stay in keto maintenance.

I was wondering what I could eat at my favorite sushi place. I found some nice Ahi tuna plates so I can go guilt free tonight.
