I just received my keto-mojo in the mail; pricked my finger and got my first reading back - 1.0. I am on week 3. I’m assuming 1.0 means I’m in ketosis, but is there a specific reading that is average? Am I below it? I watched a video where someone was 2.6. Just wanted to know what exactly 1.0 means.
