Yeah, I did for the first 30 or so. I ate 7-8 breakfast sausages covered in melted cheddar and a large kale shake every day for lunch. Probably not enough calories at all, but after breaking below 200 I started fasting for longer than 24 hours and dropped the remainder of the weight to where I am now. I do not count calories at all, I simply eat meat until I’m full and then stop. At current I’m experimenting with zero carb / carnivory and am seeing benefits to that as well. I usually fast 2-5 days during the week now and have been maintaining weight nicely.
