What’s up everyone,
Just got on keto a week ago and have been intermittent fasting all week. I did a full day fast yesterday and now I’m getting ready to break it. I plan on getting some bone broth to start and then eating breakfast a couple hours later. I typically eat a 3 egg omelette with about an ounce of cheese and a half an ounce of ground turkey or bacon. Should I lay off heavy foods like cheese for a while after breaking my fast or am I good to just start back on my normal food plan?
By the way, this lifestyle is awesome! I feel great.
