I’ve only lost around 25, however I have dropped 3 full sizes.
I eat one meal a day, and one small snack.
Not sure what the science is, but it does seem like the scale doesn’t show what’s actually happening.
I weight twice a month now.
I also went from 20-22 carbs a day, to around 40.
I just feel amazing here, and plan to stay.
It’s a longer process but, I get so much more out of it physically.
I do drop down when I feel like I need a metabolism push.
I also began carb cycling.
Carb cycling does NOT mean McDonald’s, and Pizza Hut.
For me it consists of an amazing homemade hummus, with garlic, lemon, and NO tahini.
With the amazing 4 carb tortillas from aldi.
The best thing I have ever found to date.
Possibilities are endless with them.
Zero carb aldi bread is incredible too.
Nothing better than dippy eggs with toast and bacon.
So happy to have come this far in my new lifestyle.
It has to be a lifestyle for it to really work.
I’ve never stayed on a plan this long.
I love keto and low carbs
