Nice. For my birthday, last week, the very thoughtful co-worker, who usually brings in cake or pastries for the birthday people, brought me pork rinds and low-carb cheese dip. Sincerely, I was quite touched.

I invited people to help me with my ā€œketo birthday cake,ā€ but no takers. Except for me, of course.

My coworkers usually add some cheese and fruit for me. I usually donā€™t eat fruit (sometimes, berries, but not often), and try to eat cheese infrequently.
