Just an observation

So my office is just down the street from a large “wellness center”. I have to drive by it every morning when I go to work and I go in pretty early. On January 2nd traffic was insane and the parking lot was packed! Plus there were cars driving in circles trying to find a space. People were even parking in other lots and walking to the wellness center.

This morning traffic was slightly above average and the lot was pretty full. You could see a number of empty spaces. By the end of February, it will be back to the usual light traffic and the lot 75% empty. This has been going on for about 21 years now and has never failed to end up the same way.

We humans are pretty funny creatures.

By the way that wellness center still preaches calorie restrictions, low fat and exercise as THE path to weight loss, healthy and fitness. :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

I wonder how many of the “resolutionists” quit because they feel like crap on the calorie restrictive, low fat diets these places recommend.

I bet there would be a lot of $$$ to be made by opening a Keto Wellness Center.

So maybe you could put on a sandwich sign that looks like bacon, walk back & forth down there and hand out “keto calling cards” that say something like “When this doesn’t work (again), visit ketogenicforums.com” ! Eh?

Ha! I actually joked about setting up a couple grills and a smoker in the parking lot across from them with a sign that said “Mmmm Ketolicious!” I would just need someone with a salad cart to park next to me.
