I’ll just throw in a bit of a Hemsworth for contrast.

Anything to make a buck. On keto you learn quickly what you can eat and what you can’t. Then just eating that way, no one is making money.

James needs to lose weight, I wish him well in doing that, just hope he learns and keeps it off. Bill Clinton is still doing vegan with some salmon a couple of times a week and seems to be keeping his weight well in check. What ever works.

I am a lifetime member and got down to 128 and stayed there for the 6 weeks to earn my lifetime membership then started gaining it back because I was hungry all the time. I was in my early 30’s and they were still using the exchange system which limited the amount of bread and fruit you could eat.

When I tried their point system I never could lose weight on it besides the first 10 lbs of water weight because you could use all your points on carbs.

Wish I had known about keto back then instead of wasting my money!

Me too! I remember being starving and having trouble dining out. Torturous days.

That was my experience with them as well. Wish I had gone with Atkiins when his first book came out. Oh well, live and learn. I know what works now.

Of all the “diets” I tried before keto, I never considered Atkins because they just about ran him out of town for his WOE. Who knew that he was right all along. Poor man.

I can even go so far as to say I BOUGHT the Atkins book in the 80’s but allowed myself to be convinced by others that it would end up killing me😳…live and learn!

Poor Dr. Atkins.:pensive: He was right all along. They wanted to take away his medical license. I’m sure he died a broken man. God bless.
