I got cross when I saw this article on Facebook- a bunch of my vegan friends had sent it to me with the usual holier than thou attitude.

I got in first in the comments section and thank eff I did! People just blindly accept this stuff if it’s coming from ‘an authority’. Quite frankly in my more cynical moments I can’t help but wonder if this pushing of high carb low fat dietary guidelines is the governments clever way to control the population, whilst making money from the sick and dying.
