I’ve been to a couple of other forums recently and I keep seeing some of the same names. For some, is keto like one of those Friday night bar hopping scenes where you go from place to place? It sounds like fun!!

I had no idea either. I was considering the new Intensive Dietary Management FB group one of the frequently seen names mentioned that she was on other forums. So I went looking. That’s how I found y’all.

To be fair, the IDM program and 2KD are highly interrelated. The 2KDs create the IDM Obesity Code podcast for Fung and Ramos. Brenda Zorn who is a leader and stalwart here works for the IDM now. It’s not a huge keto world yet… not that I can be bothered to do anything at FB… hate it.

I do MFP, down to a few LCD groups and a group for those over 60, I am doing the IDM community for at least 3 months, I hit reddit keto a few times a month. I hang around here the most. cause’ science and all the cool ketoians are on here.

I checked out reddit, like it, it is so refreshing. I think it is probably a good thing to get perspective from 2 or 3 places. I agree cool people here.
