Hello. The ithrive series which has just been released appears to totally slate the ketogenuc approach. If ever I wanted to listen to a podcast from the keto dudes it was to hear them address this overt attempt to stop the keto revolution in its tracks. The series has no balance so far (upto episide 4) and has had no keto experts interviewed to counter the fat haters; no evidence about how those in keto diets show improved blood markers. The implication is that fat rich keto diets have dangerously raised lipids in the bloods; I was led to believe by evidential studies this is simply false. Any thoughts on this thinly vieled attempt to debunk keto diet approach?

its the typical “plant based diet” nonsense. in order to buy into “plant based diets” they have to shit on meat, animal fats and use “mainstream” (read: outdated) science in an effort to bolster the idea we should be eating grains, soy, and vegetable oils.
i would not continue entertaining these idiots any longer.
