It isn’t you, it’s

So, I’m sitting here this morning wondering what I ate wrong to make me feel the way I do. I’ve now conditioned myself to know that food is the most important thing to drive my health and wellbeing. I’m just feeling down and well, like I felt before I found keto.

Then my dogs start sneezing. Both of them. Weird, right?

My wife reminds me that we’re going through a red tide thing. Here I thought my favorite restaurant may have changed my regular dish. Then… Red tide.

With the Red Tide in the Gulf recently, I hadn’t felt that groggy, stuffy, coughing with a persistent tickle in my throat since long before keto.

I’m happy to take algal supplements, forget vaping them, which is what happens during a Red Tide…

There’s lots of literature that says Red Tide can cause gastrointestinal, respiratory and neurological disorders. Maybe the food you ate is just a coincidence. If you keep feeling crappy, maybe you can see a doctor to get his input.
