Told you I bounce back into keto fast!
I had some brazil nuts (high in fat) and some pork scratchings (high in fat) not long ago.
My reading just now:


The only carbs I had this morning was in a stroganoff sauce (small amount), mushrooms all in a high protein low carb wrap. That took me out of ketosis, but I’ve bounced back in already.

Once you have the breath tester and the app it’s yours to keep and use for good.

It’s just if you want to go into the second round of tutorials (there’s 10 in the first round) you would have to pay more. I didn’t and just use it now for a weight tracker and ketosis/acetone level tracker…and only occasionally, maybe once or twice a week if I remeber, or if I think I’ve had too much carbs.
