It finally happened

I have been stalled since November 1st, 2017. In that time I had 2 planned cheat meals: wedding on December 3rd and Christmas dinner. Other than that, it was KCKO.

The scale didn’t move, it’s been the same 3 pounds up and down. Inches didn’t move either. I imagine after 5 hard pregnancies, and trying to eat my postpartum depression away, my body had a lot of healing to do.

Then, this morning I woke up 4lbs down from my stall point! Yay! And before anyone asks, I did not change anything (under 20g net carbs and 55-65g protein) and I haven’t actually tracked since January (I just have set recipes and know what their counts are).

Trust the process!

Weird isn’t it. Our bodies can so treasure their weight. You are inspiration to other women struggling in stalls. Congrats!

Happy you stuck with the process. A friend of mine had a similar experience to you, no scale movement for 3 months then things started to happen! Well done.

Congratulations! :tada:. I’ve had a similar stall experience and just started losing again too! KCKO!

I think the only thing that kept me going is I had already been keto since April 26th 2017, and between April and November I lost nearly 30lbs. I knew it worked, but long stalls are a serious mental game.
