Hi I’m new here. And just started a No-Carb-High-Fat regimen after Christmas (yeah I went cold turkey ) First few days were tough especially the lack of bowel movement & nausea, both of which I’ve learnt to deal with.
I’ve googled but there’s very little info on young coconut flesh. I guess members in places like Hawaii or similar might know the answer to my question.
I ask because I know that coconut oil is extracted from the flesh of coconuts. Here’s a video of a traditional method in Sri Lanka or India And grated coconut flesh is probably 90% fiber? I’ve also seen recommendations of “coconut chips” as a snack
So is young coconut flesh OK if you’re on LCHF ? Thanks
