Anyone know if this is keto safe ?

Natural & artificial flavor, soluble corn fiber, sucralose, calcium silicate, malic acid, silicon dioxide, FD&C yellow #5, FD&C blue #1, soy lecithin.

What are you hoping to gain by using it? I personally wouldn’t use it with those ingredients.

What would you want to eat that shit for? Your pic has the perfect pre workout food. Or better still, nothing.

I’ve used it, it’s a knockoff of Cannibal Ferox by Chaos and Pain. It also didn’t really do much other than give me the Beta Alanine tingles, which are uncomfortable as fuck when you’re sweating in a gym. It’s distracting.

Also contains corn fiber and soy products, both of which are not healthy for anyone regardless of diet.

What I suggest is this: drink coffee before your workout, if you need more pump, buy some plain L-Citrulline capsules and take 4000-6000mg and 5g of plain old creatine half hour before you train. You’ll save at least 10 bucks and avoid any of your concerns, while cutting out suboptimal ingrediuents.

ALSO: This is important. If any supplement label says “proprietary blend” in the drugs and compounds they use, it’s a way for them to use less of those compounds and more fillers. The supplement industry is unregulated, the only banned substances are those found by actual sports agencies.

This particular one DOES list the amounts of each compound, which is a big step in the right direction and shows at least a little bit of integrity.

I recently added a pre workout similar to that into my routine after not using one for about a year. I am fairly certain it triggered a depressive episode, can’t explain why, but it was the only thing I changed in my routine before it hit.

I use exogenous ketones or just drink coffee with coconut oil. Or just go to the gym. My performance at both HIIT and lifting vary… but that’s how the body works, there are good days and bad ones. I like just seeing what my body naturally brings to the table.

One last thing, since I mentioned the label. The levels of Citrulline and Agmatine aren’t gonna do much for nitric oxide production. Notice when I mentioned Citrulline in my previous post, that dose has 10x as much as this stuff does. I guess that’s so you can take multiple scoops, but if that’s the case it’s formulated poorly.

I have it before my pre keto days when I was sugar crazy and started counting calories but regardless I realized that our ancestors didn’t count shit they just ate when they were hungry

Note I’m not doing keto for weight loss I’m doing to see if it will affect my growth (age 15) and even enhance it as it has helped me concentrate and I’ve had better muscle growth as well on this ,also helps treat my A.D.D.

And the answer to your question no I just had it laying around my house and I’ve just been kind of passing by wondering why Did I get it

When I saw this thread I thought you where asking about the stick of butter and I would think the stick of butter you use for your avatar might be a better choice.

I am not much inclined to eat anything that is as heavily processed as a pre-workout powder supplement.

Hell … I am more inclined to eat nothing at all for at least a day before working out.

Keto for Life!

Best Regards,
Richard

All those colors and additives… yikes. I would stick to real food, or salt, or Keto-ade (or nothing, and boost your ketone level!).

It’s easy to get suck(er)ed into the whole supplement thing, when you read anything. I started down the route of whey, mixing up my own dextrose/salt mix, BCAAs, but truth is, the benefit to cost ratio for 99% of the population is poor and it’s just not needed, especially now your keto and 15. Whole foods, a good training plan, eat plenty and sleep.

Only if you want ‘MOOBS’ (Man Boobs) and Lactating (nipple discharge) :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

Young men at the highest risk are those who were given soy infant formula during infancy and/or who regularly drank soy milk during their childhoods and teenage years. Such boys are not only at risk for “moobs” but may show other estrogenic signs as well, including lowered quantity and quality of sperm, undersized genitals, undescended testicles, and other reproductive system problems.

A study for the National Cancer Institute completed at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, however, reported that soy-eating men experienced “nipple discharge, breast enlargement and slight decreases in testosterone.” …the bottom line is the subjects of the study showed feminization from high soy phytoestrogen consumption.
