I’m gonna try about 1/4 tsp pink salt with each liter of water I drink 3 to 4 times daily and with my food I’ll take 2 tsp of the no salt brand potassium chloride/bitartrate which seems to me like allot but in order to get 4700 mg of potassium that would be 4000 and then rely on the other other 700 from the food I eat in eating days. As for my magnesium supplement which is doctors best which says 2 tablets is equal to 200 mg of magnesium (elemental)(from 2,000 mg glycinate lysinate chelate) with food. Does this sound sufficient any suggestions are appreciated. God’s blessings to my fellow ketonians!
Is there a difference in the type of potassium supp I need and other electrolytes

I would absolutely not take that much potassium. I’d start at 1kish or less and see how you do.
