“Limited meal plan that is difficult to stick to .”

So not true!

Right!? It’s stated like a universal truth. Personally I find keto so easy to follow especially once the sugar cravings go away. I wonder how many people read that and just think “oh well, I guess it’s not for me!”

Seriously! It’s so easy and easy to mix up. I get excited about cooking keto.

By boring do they mean no “glorious sugar highs”? Or do they mean no “deep insane low BS hunger pangs”? Along with the associated emotional roller coaster.

Well, yeah, as you fat adapt you naturally limit your meals because you find you don’t need to eat as frequently.

Meal Plan? Pffft, I’m trying to listen to my body and what it wants now, how the fook do I know what I’ll need at ‘dinner time’ tonight? Or tomorrow.

So true. I love how experimental I’ve become. I made a blue cheese sauce last night to go with my steak, It was a bit thick, and gritty but hell next time will be even better.

I can’t remember the time I last peeled back the cellophane on a meal, apart from tubs of olives, and pork and such.

It’s one of the better articles I’ve seen though… obviously written by someone who has no actual experience.

This is very true! I often forget how much less I am eating or worrying about food.

or want!
that was always my problem with “meal prep” like “dear lord chicken and quinoa again?!” and i would end up throwing a lot of food away…a lot

this diet can promote rapid weight loss, she also cautions on the risks of losing weight too quickly.

i wish :joy: @KetoLikeaLady am i right? LOL

i do think the Tips and Bottom Line sections were pretty good…no red flags or wrinkling of my nose/cocking of my eyebrow

I just read this today and was expecting the typical mainstream garbage from this, but overall it was not a bad article. While they were off with the limited diet in the way we see it. Someone who is unaware of the diet and looking at it from outside, it is limiting. Only do you realize when you start this diet how many foods are laden with hidden sugars and carbs and now you cant eat those staples you’ve eaten for so long. but some quick adjustments and there are so many options as we all know.

Rating of Article: I didnt hate it.
