I now weigh less than I have at any point since 1999. I have noticed that at certain points while in keto last spring and summer I got stuck at a weight for a little while. Usually they were set points for me over the last 12 years. Have been within 7lbs of this weight since mid September (keto since April, IF and EF since March) and am feeling a little frustrated.
I still am only about halfway to my Phinney weight so have plenty to lose. The weight I am now was a set point for me during part of the 1990s. Is it possible I am using this as an old set point? I find that improbable since after numerous children, all of whom are now teenagers, I am sure my body composition is very different than it was in 1999 or 1995
