Choline was not on my radar because it’s not on the routine cronometer reports (turns out crono tracks it in the background). Nutrition authorities say most Americans don’t get enough and there is an upper limit where it might cause trouble. I created a choline chart in crono and it showed I’m eating 2 to 3 times the recommended amount but still half or less of the safe upper limit. Has anyone here looked in to this micro nutrient?
