Irish Moss/Sea Moss OK on keto?

So I just ran across this Irish Moss on YouTube and it’s supposed to have like a bunch of minerals in it, think they said 90. Just wondering if it’s OK on keto? I’m guessing yes. Anyone here take it?and what’s the best deal on amazon. Heard it’s best with bladderwrack? Any info on it would be appreciated, thanks

Idk, I had just ran across it like 15 minutes before posting here. They sell it in pill form on amazon. I was thinking of getting some.

If it’s anything like sea weed or spirulina, then yes!
I live in the USA and I’m not familiar with Irish moss or sea moss but I do eat roasted salted sea weed everyday and drink powdered spirulina, a blue-green algae, in water everyday. These things are dense in vitamin and mineral content and considered highly antioxidant.
They are an excellent addition to a ketogenic diet because they are low in carbs and high in nutrition
Think of them as leafy greens on steroids :grin:

Hey,
So you soak it in water and create a gel. I take I tablespoon in the am and one at night. I think it is fine. It’s such a small amount. You can add it to smoothies or anything. I can put it in rum. Not only does it provide 90% of ur daily nutrients it increases libido. So be careful. :joy: I would definitely recommend.
