Introducing A Keto Trial Attorney, Writer and Gratitude Freak

Welcome to the forum! Glad to have you here.

I’ve found Qigong (chee-gong) to be extremely relaxing – a moving meditation. Introductory course was given at my local senior center.

The SPAM SPAM area is for selling stuff. I think sharing your inspirational blog is very appropriate in this thread. Thanks for sharing your positive vibes

What an inspirational story. Congratulations on all fronts. Amazing health changes…wow.

I am in my birthday month and fell off keto. My joints are letting me know this was not a good idea. Your post is the first one I’ve read in the forum in several weeks…too much work. You’ve inspired me to quit messing around and start keto again.

:+1:

I just heard your story on the 2ketodudes podcast and it was powerful! Also helped me to see that I’ve neglect the salt issue in my fasting.

Thanks so much Dean! Have a great day! PS: Regarding salt, I do best with Celtic Sea Salt which is lower in sodium and higher in minerals. I recommend it! Cheers!
