I need some help here. I can usually do this but I seem to be hitting a wall. I need the basics of a Keto diet, followed up with the technical details for references. I need it in Korean. I’ve tried searching using Korean terms, but I don’t know what the results of that search are. I can read Hangul (Korean alphabet) but I don’t understand it. My Korean language skills are minimal at best.
Without a Korean language source, I have to translate from technical English to ESL English. For non technical things I’m able to do that. But when discussing the benefits of Keto, there is something missing because I get replies like this, “eat less carbs and fat and more vegetables?” The meanings don’t seem to translate.
