I am wondering if skipping the bulletproof coffee might help me do a little fasting. I am on the keto diet because it has helped me reduce my A1C from 6.0 to 5.4 and I have also lost weight. I did not have much weight to lose though. I would like to see my A1C down in the 4.0s.
I have about 3-5 lbs to lose and wonder if cutting out the decaf with 1T MCT oil and 2T heavy whipping cream would help me?
Any suggestions? Thank you!
