I am 2.5 months into plant based keto. It is not as easy a path as conventional, but the results are great. I dont think everyone has to go this path, but just saying you can keto with zero meat…also you could have a less meat day built in if you wanted and still keto just fine :slight_smile:

If we quit making more or less live-stock it would not effect the climate whatsoever but it would however just make endless deserts out of the earth with less live-stock or less animals!

You would have to have very very very serious brain damage to believe us puny little humans with our machines and pollutants or the animals could put the slightest dent in the climate of the earth just short of a nuclear holocaust (still would do nothing to the climate but make the surface uninhabitable for a long-period of time) or a big enough celestial body or fragment knocking the earth off its axis and out of orbit (that already happened once and the earth is still recovering from that)…
