wow…what a tale!

Interesting story and compelling future for those of us to avoid! I found a couple areas that needed to be corrected:

(1) Michele Obama was not a national figure in April of 2007 to recommend any diet.
(2) The author says he was prediabetic with an A1C of 11.2. That’s WAY past prediabetic and into VERY diabetic territory.

Interesting read…

“I – as a lifelong low-saturated fat plant-eater vegetarian – should have been completely exempt from heart disease. Nope.”

He wrote the article in 2016 when he said “How could I – a low-fat, high complex-carb vegetarian eating a plant-based diet as recommended by everyone from Michael Pollan to Michelle Obama – end up with a host of serious and chronic health issues and have one of them kill me dead?”

Thank you for sharing that link. What a great article. This is what people need, information, education and encouragement.

I love the part where he fired his cardiologist who couldn’t explain why his blood tests were so stunningly improved. I wish everyone who has a physician who doesn’t encourage them to drop the SAD for LCHF would do the same. I love the idea of doctor shopping. Wouldn’t it be nice if the doctors could be nudged into doing the same research all of us have done so they could actually help their patients by having to compete to keep their patients in the clinic?

I was so happy to read this
I’m going to share it

Keep calm and keto on
