Inconsistent energy levels week 5

So I’m 41 and moderately active. I like to work out and am just getting to a point where I feel like I can semi regularly since starting keto (I’ve mainly just been speed walking on a treadmill for about 45 minutes and this week I made it to 2 strength classes). Before starting keto I generally worked out hard 3-4 times a week. When I used the keto calculator I put in for a small deficit. I’m not really trying to stay below a certain number at all but I’m usually not very hungry.
