In the middle of a gorge week

After breaking a stall with a 4-day fast several weeks ago, I promptly hit another. To mix things up I’m doing the opposite this time and over-eating for the week. I’ve gone from shooting for ~<2000Kcal/day to trying to hit 3500+ and more like 4000 if I can. All keto foods of course and lots of generous helpings of coconut/olive/avocado oil.

So far…wow…I’m finding it REALLY hard to do! I feel full and a little bit sick most of the time. I’m hot and sweaty all the time and my heart rate is elevated. The A/C directed straight at me still feels like not enough. I slept on top of the covers last night with the A/C set at 19C (66F) and the ceiling fan on bust. (TMI part) BM’s are fast and frequent. Weight so far was up a couple pounds after two days, but steady since. I put the gain down to more material going through the passage.

Dunno how long I can keep it up, but 'till the weekend is my goal if possible.

Any one else done this before? What was your experience.

I calorie cycle and find similar things. I heat up so much so that I have to set the air on 64F when I’m generally freezing. I do it because I’m active and it’s easier to eat more on weekends when im less busy but also because I find it helps me regulate hormones from a week’s worth of activity. I release a lot of water.
