More info needed so we can advise you.
What are you actually eating? How tall are you? Male / female? Weight? General info.
If you’re in lipolysis, (indicated by secreting ketones) and have only had an initial weight loss of ten pounds, any fluctuations are most likely due to water. Your ten pounds were glycogen, so now your body is much more sensitive to water weight swings. It’s normal. Body fat loss is much slower, like one or so pounds per week, often not being linear, but averaged over large amounts of time.
@240lbfatloss is right. Glycogen is 75% water, so once you deplete those stores, you will see more frequent and large weight fluctuation than you would on other diets. This is normal. You want to watch the overall trends, not day to day changes. It’s not unheard of to jump back up 4-5 pounds for a day or two. This is just water, not fat.
Not sure how long you’ve been doing keto, but for me it took awhile (i.e. a few months) before I was steadily losing weight rather than going up and down. It could just be your body’s process of adjusting to keto, but you might also see more steady progress by adding intermittent fasting to the mix, or, if that’s too severe for you, fat fasting (consuming calories only from fat during your “fasting” period), which is what I do. I do a big iced coffee blended with mct oil and heavy whipping cream for breakfast, but don’t actually eat anything until lunch, then have a moderate-sized lunch and a big dinner. Doing that has definitely boosted my weight loss. I also don’t track, but keep my carbs extremely low, usually under 10g net carbs per day.
