Any body experience improved vision?
Been saving eye glass prescriptions through the years and had to go back 3 prescriptions ago!
Last two prescriptions were too strong and seeing double vision!
Last eye doctor visit a week ago; apparently vision is improving! (Doc said: “I had to weaken your prescription!”
Just an anecdote, but when I renewed my driver’s license four years ago, I struggled to see the small letters in the vision test. When I just renewed my license again two weeks ago, I had no issues. I haven’t ever worn glasses but both my parents got them as they got older.
I only need eye glasses for distance (i.e. driving) was seeing four lines in the street, it was like which one is the real line, lol!
I have noticed a change (for the better) since starting Keto. I’ve got an appointment for an exam soon, but don’t have proof yet.
