Anyone else notice that their brain is functioning better since ditching the carbs?

I have noticed that I do not have any morning heavy feeling, no fogginess. Or extremely little that disappates in literally 5 minutes or less. The other thing I’ve noticed is my short term memory seems to be improving a little bit. Not a lot, a little, but I’ll take it. And sometimes at work I can concentrate really well and get something done… but I find myself more distracted actually. I’m sure I’m still adjusting to the longer breaks in-between meals. My body doesn’t need it, but my brain thinks it does.
I’m curious what others are defining their mental quality as…since I don’t think I’m really there yet myself.
Mornings are a little slower. It takes me a bit to get moving but an hour later I’m happily chugging along. And I feel great. My good mood lasts all day until I’m ready for bed. Good focus not sure about mental clarity I don’t get that.
