Give coconut aminos a try. I use that instead of soy sauce. And you can find gluten free soy sauce too. You don’t need to poison yourself!!

If you are going to eat soy it is better to eat it fermented like soy sauce. Fermentation of soy will reduce the “poison” in my opinion. The microbes breakdown the bad stuff.

I didn’t notice a difference with ashwagandha, but after being keto I (my doctor) reduced my thyroid medication, so that worked!
