Not arguing over whether it was a whole food or not. Just saying, I ate a LOT of protein and not a lot of fat. And here’s the thing, I think most people would look at my body 5 years ago, and think, “Holy %# ! I want to eat whatever he’s eating” !
But yes, to be totally honest, it sucked being totally starved all the time. I felt fantastic when I was lifting weights, or climbing… Or looking at myself in the mirror lol … but I sure wish Id have discovered Keto back then, to see how that might have changed things.
