As a previous runner before spinal cancer last year I had some miles under me running 4-5 marathons 2 years ago. Starting in January I decided to go back on keto and weighted approximately 212(?)? Here are a few stats that I logged.

Currently, I weigh 195 and was challenged to lose 25 pounds or 6% body fat in 6 weeks. How many calories would you suggest I eat over this period? For exercise, I will be doing CrossFit and approximately 20 miles of running. I’m estimating that I currently have 47.7 pds of fat currently which would need to drop by almost 12 pds. If anyone can come up with an adequate ratio of fats/calories I’m happy to catalog the next 6 weeks to you guys!
