Alright so I was a newb and went Keto for 8 weeks, at which point I got really sick (unrelated) and started eating my comfort sick foods (white rice, chicken bone broth) which then spiraled into donuts. It was a whole mental thing, I have tons of food restrictions because of a disease I have, and I was struggling to give up some of the few foods I had left (sugar).
But I am back into Keto for a little over a week? It’s been super easy to get back into once I finally decided to do it (that was the hardest step) but I’m already feeling so.much.better.
Just cuz I can eat donuts (without anaphylaxis) doesn’t mean I should.
