I'm a dumbass

As time goes on I find not cheating easier, especially as sweet cravings go away. Being in ketosis 100% of the time isn’t all that important IMO. Keeping your body guessing may actually be beneficial but there is some debate there. I’d be afraid to eat 4 cookies just because I know my guts would hate me but I think a little cheating here and there is totally fine, especially if you get back on track quickly.

I fell off the keto wagon about a week ago. No make that 2 weeks…I blame the Chinese food we had and then it just went downhill. Wednesday, I’ll be climbing back on with a frig full of keto foods and snacks.

I am glad so many of you are in the same boat:) I guess the desire for sugar and starchy foods is a continuous struggle. Why is it so damn tasty?

I find planning cheats works best for me. I control the situation, not the food. Fourth of July I am going to have a some of the things I miss with my Keto lifestyle…in particular…chips!! But I know come July 5th, I am 100% back to Keto. No guilt, a planned cheat every once in a while is no biggie. You just have to know that Keto is your lifestyle, so back on the horse you go.
