My issue I am trying to sort out. I have energy, etc. and workouts go great, but I also have a three meal a day appetite. My big victory is no snacking. So I think I’m on the road…

@Regina
You are probably already aware of this but it is a good read.

Thanks, will read it. The weight is falling off, but… still hungry.

I don’t think there’s anything wrong with being hungry so long as it’s hunger for good food (i.e. body craving fats and veg).

What I learned in fasting is that many of my hunger signs originated from ‘desire’ and ‘fantasy’ or just plain ‘deserving’ that food. 2 months in and regular fasting Ghrelin response is getting much more calm and if need to eat generally I know it’s because I need to and not because I want to .

I do One meal a day mostly in the week for the last couple of weeks; fasting really drives the growth hormone as well so getting leaner and muscles more naturally pumped as well.

This is excellent, thanks for posting this. I’m a year in, and still covering, or rediscovering, the basics. Bookmarked.
